How do I choose the right oil?
Check your owner’s manual for viscosity and performance specifications. Vehicle make alone is not enough. Send your year, make, model, engine and required specification through our contact page.

When is shipping free?
Eligible non-freight orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping to the lower 48 states. The qualifying product subtotal is after discounts and before tax.
What does shipping cost on smaller orders?
Eligible non-freight orders of $300 or less have a flat $75 standard shipping charge to the lower 48 states. USA Motor Oil covers any additional standard shipping cost. See shipping details.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders may ship as soon as the next business day, depending on availability and processing. This is dispatch timing, not a promise of next-day delivery.
Can I request expedited shipping?

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Is the price for a case or one quart?
The price covers the entire selected package. A 12-quart case contains twelve 1-quart bottles. Other case sizes, pails and grades have their own package labels and prices.
Where can I find SDS and technical sheets?
Product pages link the official Schaeffer documents. Match the product number, grade and package to the correct document. Contact us if the exact SDS you need is not listed.
Can I combine several delivery addresses for free shipping?
No. Each delivery address is a separate order. The qualifying subtotal and shipping charge apply separately to each order.
